Your price will be calculated only for the amount of Granite needed for your project. Unlike other companies, your price will not be inflated by adding charges for features that are necassary to complete your countertop.
The ONLY factor affecting the final price of your project ---- is the cost of the Granite color you choose.
All of the work ( fabricating & installing) and the cost associated with that work ---- is exactly the same for ----- the least expensive Granite ----or ---- the most expensive Granite. It does not cost one cent more to measure, make templates, cut, polish, transport, drill holes, or install the highest priced Granite, from the lowest priced Granite. ONLY your color choice creates a price difference.
Arco Iris prices are lower than Home Depot and Lowe's. Your Quote includes all of the following features: FREE

(After removal of existing countertop, it is normally necassary to install wood and/or steel bracing behind and/or across the dishwasher cavity and behind the lazy suzan. For most kitchens this normally cost less than $90.)

Our free sink and faucet offer applies to all kitchens of 60 sq/ft or more.
Further reducing your final price is a ---- FREE ---- two bowl under mount stainless steel kitchen sink and a single handle pull-out faucet. A $650 savings! If you click on "sinks" you can choose from Eight Models. (16 gage is 25% thicker than 18 gage). Arco-Iris Granite also offers large single bowl sinks, Veggie sinks, Bar sinks, and porcelain & Vanity bowls in white and biscuit ---- at low prices. If you have shopped for sinks you know that no one has a better price.Be careful when you calculate S.F. numbers. Don't base your numbers on your existing counter top. Use 25.5 " counter top widths for 24" cabinets --- creating a 1-1/2 " front over hang. Be sure to put a 1-1/2 " over hang on open ends, in order to cut a radius corner --- without cabinet wood corner showing. Same on Islands. If you have a 21" desk or vanity cabinet, your top will be 22-1/2" wide, if it is a 24" desk or vanity cabinet, the top will be 25 1/2" wide.
Its always best to fax or e-mail a sketch. Arco-Iris Granite will e-mail back to you a written quote. Your sketch can be hand drawn -- be sure to add back splashes if you want them.
If you accept our quote, the next step will be to do a field measurement and make templates from " Kora -plastic" --- (1/8" thick white plastic sign board) .The templates will be brought to your house, and you will participate in the template placement process, picking radius sizes edges and shapes of angles if applicable.
When we leave your house, we will have perfect set templates, that you helped design, that will be used to cut your Granite. The templates will provide you with a "visual" of how your top will look.
